只有【rich in】这个词组，没有【rich at】这个词组。

【rich】的用法
1、rich的基本意思是“富的,富裕的,富有的”,可指某人很有钱,也可指某物看上去很奢华,给人一种名贵的感觉,即“贵重的,昂贵的,华丽的”,或指某物的储藏量大,即“盛产,丰富,多”。rich引申可指“丰产的,肥沃的”“油腻的,味浓的”“深的,鲜艳的,深沉的,洪亮的”等。在口语中rich还可指“有趣的,荒唐的”。
2、rich在句中可用作定语,也可用作表语。用作表语时,其后常接由介词in引导的短语,意为“盛产…的”“含有大量…的”。
3、the rich可用来表示“富人”,谓语动词要用复数,在口语中,定冠词the常可省略,而且rich前可加形容词。

2、be rich at：富裕
